GOZU

Gozu is a 2003 Japanese drama/mystery/thriller directed by Takashi Miike, and starring Hideki Sone, Sho Aikawa, Kimika Yoshino, Shohei Hino, and Renji Ishibashi.

The film is considered one of Japan's strangest films ever made. It tells the story of Minami, a member of a Yakuza crew named Azamawari. Minami highly respects his Yakuza brother, Ozaki, who has saved his life many times before. Nonetheless, in the very last days, Ozaki's weird behavior and eccentricities have been making everyone wonder whether or not he is worthy of being in the group, but mainly about his sanity. Their boss, Azamawari, is quiet upset and is feeling more and more unsympathetic to Ozaki's little outbursts; so he secretly orders Minami to take Ozaki to a disposal facility in a different city. There, in the city of Nagoya, the fate of these two friends take a weird twist and a path full of violence. All of a sudden, they end up surrounded by old woman's milk, strange looking locals; and finally, the strange disappearance of Ozaki whose corpse Minami desperately tries to recover.
