Dumplings is a 2004 Hong Kong horror/drama film directed by Fruit Chan, and starring Miriam Yeung, Bai Ling, and Tony Leung Ka Fai. The film is an expansion from a short segment in the 2004 horror compilation Three...Extremes.
As in the original short, the film tells about an old retired actress who finds a woman who sells some sort of special dumplings that are said to help you rejuvenate. Even though the woman finds out what the dumplings are made of and the gruesome secret behind them, she continues to consume them and finally enjoys their taste. At the end, her hunger for youth and beauty will take her to the limits of sanity.
