RAHTREE REBORN


Rahtree Reborn is a 2009 Thai horror|comedy film directed by Yuthlert Sippapak, and starring Laila Boonyasak, Mario Maurer, and Chantana Kittiyapan. The film is the third installment in the Rahtree movie series that started in 2003 with Rahtree: Flower of the Night.

An evil spirit has reincarnated in a young girl's body. It seems that the only purpose of the spirit is to get rid of all men around Bangkok. Meanwhile, a young man Rang is in search of his childhood love. However, Rang's ability to see ghosts takes him to meet the killer young girl. Later on, it appears that there is a strange connection between the little girl and Rang's beloved and long since missed Buppha.

KUCHISAKE-ONNA 2


Kuchisake-Onna 2 (a.k.a. Slit-Mouthed Woman 2) is a 2008 Japanese horror film directed by Kôtarô Terauchi, and starring Rin Asuka, Yukie Kawamura, Yôsuke Saitô, and Mayuko Iwasa. The film is a prequel to the 2007 Kuchisake-Onna.

Mayumi is a cheerful high school student who enjoys participating in the running team at her school. Right after her big sister's wedding, one of her ex-boy friend breaks into the house and kills Mayumi's mom and pours sulfuric acid on Mayumi's face. Life then becomes a living hell for Mayumi as she becomes the target of jokes due to her disfigured face. Soon, students begin to die at the school and Mayumi starts being stalked by a red dressed woman who apparently is connected to the death of her classmates.

ROMANCE OF DARKNESS


Romance of Darkness is a 2006 Japanese fantasy|drama film directed by Kenji Gotô, and starring Aki Maeda, Keiko Kitagawa, and Kazuyo Asari. The film is based on a Chie Shinohara manga of the same name.

Soon after Rikka Nikaido survives a car accident in which everyone on board a school bus drowned to death except for herself, a strange girl, also named Rikka, starts to follow her everywhere. The new girl in school seems to hate Rikka for no apparent reason, and in a couple of times even tries to kill her. Everything seems to be connected to a strange force that supposedly saved Rikka from dying in the accident. With the help of her boyfriend, Rikka, will try to find the reasons behind her stalker's attempts to kill her and the answer to her new craving for water.

ONE MISSED CALL: FINAL


One Missed Call: Final is a 2006 Japanese horror film directed by Manabu Asou, and starring Meisa Kuroki, Maki Horikita, and Geun-seok Jang.

The curse is once again spreading beyond Japanese borders, first it was Taiwan and now it's South Korea. A group of Japanese high school students are taking a field trip; all of a sudden some of them start to die after receiving a phone call supposedly from themselves. After some of her friends have already died, Emiri discovers that everything seems to be connected to PAM a school girl who was found hung in the school premises. With the help of her friends Jinu and Asuka, Emiri will try to stop the curse before it gets to them.

ONE MISSED CALL 2


One Missed Call 2 is a 2005 Japanese horror film directed by Renpei Tsukamoto, and starring Hisashi Yoshizawa, Mimura, and Asaka Seto.

Once again the creepy ring tone is heard in Japan. After some people begin to die, journalist Takako Nozoe, who knows about the events that took place a year ago, decides to investigate the new events. During the investigations Takako meets kindergarten teacher Kyoko Okudera whose friend was found dead after having received the call. Soon, Takako's investigation will lead her to Taiwan where similar cases have taken place recently. It seems that only Kyoko and Takako will be able to stop the curse that is spreading internationally before it kills more people.

Ever since she was a young girl Ming has been able to see ghosts and contact the dead. However, for 15 years now she has been running away from a mysterious seemingly vengeful ghost that keeps following her. One day, she meets Budd, who wants Ming to contact his father and find out the truth behind his death. The police reported Budd's dad's death as suicide; but he believes it was a murder. Even though Ming doesn't really want to help, the presence of Budd in her life brings back terrible memories from her past. Now she's finally going to face the truth behind her more terrible visions.

One day, she wakes up in an unknown place beside a woman named Ling who has just saved her life from the organ thieves. Soon Ching befriends Ling, but when things seem to be getting better, the phone calls start anew and both friends will find themselves immerse in a life or death situation.

As some people around her start to die, Joyce decides to get help from an expert in the paranormal. Soon, she discovers that a blood pledge she made with her ex-boyfriend might be the cause of her haunting. It is only up to Joyce to stop Roman from coming back from the grave to kill everybody around her.

Nightmare Detective is a 2006 Japanese thriller written and directed by Shinya Tsukamoto, and starring Hitomi, Ryuhei Matsuda, Masanobu Ando, and Shinya Tsukamoto.

After two people die mysteriously in their sleep, Keiko, the new detective, is assigned to find someone who can help the police department interpret the events. During the investigation, Keiko finds a strange connection. It seems that each of the victim's cellphone displays "0" as the last number dialed before their dead. It appears clear for Keiko that there is someone behind the deaths, but in order to get the suspect, she will have to dial the number and experience what the victims have passed through.

Kisah Nyata: Kereta Setan Manggarai is a 2009 Indonesian horror film directed by Nanang Istiabudi, and starring Vera Lasut, Nelly Yustikarini, Ferry Gustian, Ocke Mulyawan R., Isyabella, and Ray Thompson.

Five friends decide to go on a field trip from Jakarta to Bandung. However, on their way to their destination, their car breaks down and they have to spend the night at a creepy old house. When they wake up in the middle of the night, they realize that their hosts are gone. Having nowhere else to go, the five friends decide to go find a train station. Even though they have been warned about a ghost train that wanders in the area, they decide to take the next train to Jakarta unaware of the gruesome fate that awaits them.
