, known in Japan as Real Onigokko (Japanese: リアル鬼ごっこ, Hepburn: Riaru Onigokko), is a 2015 Japanese action horror film directed by Sion Sono and inspired by the title of the novel Riaru Onigokko by Yusuke Yamada. The film starts Reina Triendl, Mariko Shinoda, Erina Mano and Yuki Sakurai.

As the sole survivor of a horrendous and rather mysterious accident, Mitsuko, a typical Japanese teenager, can safely say that her day has got off to a bad start. It seems that an unstoppable force of nature, a doomed field trip, and a strange case of amnesia can easily coexist in a bizarre parallel universe, where a desperate Mitsuko is always on the run from something inexplicable, intangible, and utterly deadly. However, that's not all. Amid piles of fresh dead bodies, mounds of scorching bullet shells, and rivulets of fragrant young blood, frail Mitsuko must fight to stay alive, before her already messed up day becomes even stranger. TRAIN TO BUSAN

Train to Busan (부산행:Busanhaeng) is a 2016 South Korean zombie film. It was directed by Sang-ho Yeon, and stars Yoo Gong, Yu-mi Jung, Su-an Kim, Dong-seok Ma, Woo-sik Choi, Sohee, and Eui-sung Kim.

The film is the first South Korean live-action zombie film, and it follows Seok-woo (Sang-ho Yeon) as he struggles to keep himself and his young daughter alive on a train while trying to reach his ex-wife from Seoul to Busan. The film mostly takes place on a train the train to Busan as a zombie apocalypse suddenly breaks out in South Korea and threatens the safety of the passengers. While on the train, Seok-woo meets other survivors with whom he teams up to try and make it out alive.

Right after his fiance is killed by a serial killer, Secret NIS agent Soo-hyun decides to take revenge and starts looking for the assassin. As Soo-hyun tells his father-in-law about his plans, the old man, a retired chief police officer, provides him with the pictures and profiles of the four main suspects. Some time after, Soo-hyun finds the first guy and after beating him pretty badly, he decides to turn it to the police. However, the second guy, Kyung-chul, turns up to be the killer so Soo-hyun decides to "play" a little with him and after a very violent beat-up he tells him that his vengeance is just starting.

DEATH TUBE

Death Tube is a 2010 Japanese horror movie directed by Yôhei Fukuda; and starring Shoici Matsuta, Wataru Kaoru , and Ishino Atsushi.

The movie is about a young man whose online curiosity takes him to watch a web page where real murders are shown for a couple of weeks a year. The page is called Death Tube and besides prerecorded footage it also contains live steaming of real murders that are committed in a game-like fashion, kind of like the Saw movie franchise. The the beginning he is skeptic about the whole thing and doesn't even talk about it; however, the next day he finds himself trapped in a small room seemingly after having been captured by the page psychos. The young man discovers that he is in the same situation as six more people and it seems that the game is now on and there is only one person who can survive the twisted-minded game of survival.

EPITAPH

Epitaph is a 2007 South Korean drama/thriller film directed by Jung Sik and Jung Beom-sik; and starring Jin Goo, Kim Eung-soo, Ko Joo-yeon, Kim Bo-kyeong, Lee Dong-gyoo, and Kim Tae-woo.

The film is primarily set in 1942 during the Japanese colonial time of South Korea, but it is framed by scenes set in 1979.
In a hospital back in 1941 doctors witness how death becomes the cleanser and sole healer during a very disturbing period of time. In 1979, Dr. Park receives an old photo album from his twenties in 1941 when mysterious things befell him and his colleagues. PARK was bound by his parents to marry a girl whom he never met, but fell in love with a dead woman who happened to be his arranged marriage. Meanwhile, a little girl who was apparently the only survivor a car accident was haunted by ghosts every night. GOTH

Goth is a 2008 Japanese suspense|drama directed by Gen Takahashi, and starring Kanata Hongô, Rin Takanashi and Kunihiko Ida.

Amidst an increased rate on the cases of the victims of a serial killer, two high school students, Itsuki and Yoru Morino, share a certain fascination for the way in which the murderer kills his victims. One day, they decide to join together and start tracking the brutal serial killer in an attempt to find the latest two victims. However, their intentions are not necessarily to help bring the killer to justice, but to simply satisfy their own morbid need to inspect his handiwork.

BLACK RAT

Kuronezumi (a.k.a. Black Rat) is a 2010 Japanese horror film directed by Kenta Fukasaku, and starring Misaki Yonemura, Hiroya Matsumoto, Rihoko Shimomiya and Rina Saito.

Six high schools students are summoned to their school in the middle of the night, after receiving a text message from one of their classmates. The only problem, however, is that the person is Asuka, who had committed suicide some days before. But at 1:00 am things become really weird as a person wearing a rat mask appears in the classroom stating that s/he is going to take revenge on them because of what they did to Asuka; whom apparently, they had bullied one too many times.

SUNDO

Sundo is a 2009 Filipino suspense|horror film directed by Topel Lee, and starring Robin Padilla, Sunshine Dizon and Rhian Ramos.

The film tells about Romano, a young man who has just healed after a terrible accident. Soon after he returns to to his hometown in Baguio, things change as Louella, an ex-girlfriend of his, pays a visit and suggests a peace offering, due to a family feud years back. The aid consists in helping Romano’s blind sister Isabel with the money for an eye operation.
Everybody accepts the offering and they decide to go to Manila. On their way to the city, Romano has a premonition and he believes something odd will happen, possibly a horrific accident. The group decides to seek help from a local witch who confirms that Romano can see everybody's  Sundo (the ghost of a dead person who comes back to take one of their beloved to the other world), and they can not escape their fate. However, it seems that Romano has found a way to get rid of their curse, but they soon realize that the price they have to pay for gambling with the spirits is the hardest and most ruthless battle they will ever come across.

Mutant Girls Squad is a 2010 Japanese gore|action film directed byNoboru Iguchi, Yoshihiro Nishimura,
Tak Sakaguchi, and starring Asami, Yoshihiro Nishimura and Noboru Iguchi.

Rin, a constantly bullied teenager discovers her arm is mutating after some days of tremendous pain. It soon turns into a razor-sharp weapon the day of her 16th birthday. However, a mutant-seeking government organization immediately begins to hunt her down, eventually killing her parents. Rin is saved during the raid by a super-powered man named Hiruko. Soon, a group of mutants from all everywhere in the country, gather together and begin their training to overthrow the government and their group of assassins.

FUTAGO

Futago is a 2005 Hong Kong horror film directed by Yuen Man Fung, and starring Tony Ho, Emily Kwan and Samuel Pang.

The film revolves around the story of the inhabitants of a rundown apartment building in Hong Kong. They think they new person who has just arrived in the place is the vengeful ghost of a former occupant who dissapear some time ago. When the strange girl arrives, she instead claims to be the twin sister of the missing girl. However. right after the girl's arrival, people at the building begin to die one by one. Later on, a detective is hired to start an  investigation. At first it looks as though everybody has committed suicide, but it is later revealed that their apparent suicides has much to do with their karma about a certain something they did than with random occurrences.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2: TOKYO NIGHT

Paranormal Activity 2: Tokyo Night is a 2010 supernatural|horror film directed by Toshikazu Nagae, and starring Aoi Nakamura and Noriko Aoyama. The film is based on the 2007 American film Paranormal Activity and follows the events right after the original film.

College student Yamano Haruka returns to her home in Tokyo after being involved in a car accident in the US, where she was studying. In the accident, she broke both her legs so she decides to stays with her younger brother Koichi.
Soon after settling into the house, strange things begin to happen without apparent explanation. After realizing that their house can be possessed by an evil spirit, the two siblings decide to call upon a Shinto Priest to perform a traditional blessing of the house; however, nothing seems to work and the strange occurrences continue to happen. Haruka later asserts that the person that she had the accident with in California might have been Katie from the original American movie. Haruka then fears that the supposed demon that possessed Katie has now latched on to her. It is now up to her brother to try and help his sister get rid of the demon.

KYÔFU

Kyôfu is a 2010 Japanese horror film directed by Hiroshi Takahashi, and starring Yôko Chôsokabe, Mina Fujii and Momoko Hatano. Last installment in a series of six films produced by Takashige Ichise and release under the umbrella of J-Horror Theater. The series comprises Infection (2004), Premonition (2004), Reincarnation (2006), Retribution (2007), Kaidan (2007), and Kyôfu (2010).

One night, Dr. Hattori and her husband decide to watch a film that depicts a brain surgery experiment performed on some Manchurian, Russian and Japanese people. The tape, which they found in the basement of a hospital, seems very old and has a very low quality. Suddenly, a white light appears on the screen and when the two doctors look back, they see Miyuki and Kaori, their two young girls, staring at the light. Some years later, a grown-up Miyuki has disappear from the Tama Medical University Hospital and her sister Kaori starts seeking her. However, soon she discovers, that Miyuki and some young people have made a suicidal pact. Nonetheless, while trying to fulfill their pact, the group is submitted to a nightmarish experiment by Dr. Hattori and her team who are investigating a strange phenomenon that occurs in the human brain.

TAKUT: FACES OF FEAR

Takut: Faces of Fear is a 2008 Indonesian horror anthology. It comprises six different and unconnected stories directed by seven directors. The stories go from witchcraft and possession, to zombies.

Segment One: Show Unit
Directed by Rako Prijanto, and starring Marcella Zalianty, Lukman Sardi, and Donny Alamsyah.
During a party at his new apartment where he lives with his fiancee, Bayu listens to strange noises coming from the second floor. As he begins to check some places around the apartment, he decides to grab a knife for safety reasons. However, when he enters a room wielding the knife, he ends up stubbing his fiancee's young daughter. While trying to find a place to hide the body, Bayu discovers that someone has taken it and demands a ransom in order to keep the secret and give the corpse back.
Segment Two: Incarnated Naya
Directed by Riri Riza, and starring Dinna Olivia, Junior Liem, and Dewi Irawan.
Naya is a very modern and city-style girl, but she was born in a very traditional Javanese family. During a ritual secret ceremony, Naya decides to avoid staying with her elders and instead goes around looking for her cousin to seduce him. As the flirt goes about, the lights go out and Naya is left in the dark looking for her mom amidst horrible visions of mortality and strange imagery.
Segment Three: Peeper
Directed by Ray Nayoan, and starring Wiwid Gunawan, Epy Kusnandar, and Tiara.
Bambang, a man working in a theater company in the cleaning department, is used to looking at the actresses through a peeping hole in the wall. One day he is approached by one of his colleagues who tells him that one of the most beautiful performers enjoys being watched. Bambang decides to go take a look and discovers that the door of the woman's room is open. While in the room, he discovers some jars containing human body parts and he realizes the woman has strange plans for him, and everyone who dares peeping on her.
Segment Four: The List
Directed by Robby Ertanto, and starring Fauzi Baadila, Shanty, and Prisia Wulansari.
Sara, a very obsessed girl, decides to pay a shaman to perform strange voodoo-like witchcraft on her ex-boyfriend. The ritual includes eating cockroaches and a small scorpion entering the man's ear canal.
Segment Five: The Rescue
Directed by Raditya Sidharta, and starring Eva Celia, Ananda George, Tegar Satrya, Sogi Indra Dhuaja, and Reuben Elishama.
A strange virus has quickly spread around Jakarta, causing a strange mutation on people who now are wandering about looking for human flesh. Among the last survivors are Gadis and Anton who decide to star looking for a way to survive such horror.
Segment Six: Dara/Darah
Directed by The Mo Brothers (Kimo Stamboel and Timothy Tjahjanto), and starring Shareefa Daanish, Mike Muliadro, Dendy Subangil,and Ruli Lubis.
This segment is the short movie that preceded the full length Rumah Dara, released in 2010.
Dara is a chef at a very elegant steak house restaurant. However, the secret to the success of her very famous home-made beef is about to be discovered by Adjie, or so he thinks.

TA-KIEN

Ta-Kien is a 2003 Thai horror film directed by Chalerm Wongpim, and starring Sorapong Chatree, Nantawat 'Tor' Asirawat and Pipat Arphirakchonnakarn.

During an animal hunting, Wittaya and Lokrai have a scary encounter with Nang Ta-Kian, the guardian of the forest. Some time later, Tong Kam,  Lokrai's son falls in love with Vittaya's daughter Porn; however, Vittaya goes instead for Trai, a civil engineer who has come to the village to coordinate the construction of a dam. As soon as the dam is completed, the village is threatened with a flood and Wittaya is asked to clear every tree, including a big scary Ta-Kian tree. But soon after he starts his task, awful events begin to take place and everyone close to him seem to be in danger. Wittaya then decides to plant a tree stub in order to appease the wrath of Ta-Kian and thus break the spell. Nonetheless, more things are yet to come his way and the spirit has more to do before letting them continue in peace.

BIOTHERAPY

Biotherapy is a 1986 Japanese sci-fi|horror film directed by Akihiro Kashima, and starring Jun'ichi Haruta, Yumiko Ishikawa and Hirohisa Nakata.

In this film, a group of Japanese scientists are stalked by a creepy-looking alien who systematically kills all of the them. Only one young man and his girlfriend manage to survive and discover the intentions of the creature as well as the easiest way to get rid of it.
