Kansen (a.k.a. Infection) is a 2004 Japanese horror film directed by Masayuki Ochiai.
When a desperate ambulance driver leaves a patient with a lethal infection at a hospital, Dr. Akai convinces his too colleagues that there is a virus that they have to research in the hospital. The doctors' research lead to a set of events that ends up with everybody in the night shift being involved in a dream-like phenomenon. At the end, nobody will know what is real and what is not in this complicated plot.
