Tokyo Gore Police is a 2008 Japanese gore film co-written and directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura, and stars Eihi Shiina (Audition) as Ruka.
The movie is set in a different timeline, the Tokyo police department has been privatized and it is now known as the The Tokyo Police Corporation who are battling against genetically modified criminals known as engineers.
Ruka, the top officer, is an engineer hunter who while fighting crime, is also tracking down her father's killer.
Soon, Ruka is assigned a new case in which she has to hunt down a criminal named Key Man. When they finally meet, Ruka finds out that the assassin is also seeking vengeance against a corrupt officer who killed his father many years ago. Later, Ruka will face the truth about her father's death and her life will turn into more bizarre, tragic, and twisted set of events.
