EXTE: Hair Extensions is a 2007 Japanese horror film directed by Shion Sono, and starring Chiaki Kuriyama, Megumi Satô, and Miku Satô.
The body of a young woman is found within a container full of hair. Later on, the police discover that she was brutally murdered; but one of the workers of the morgue who has an insatiable hair fetish steals the corpse. He soon realizes that the dead body of the girl grows hair endlessly, so he decides to fashion hair extensions to sell to salons. However, what he doesn't know is that the extensions, and all the hair that grows from the girl carry her fury and thirst for revenge, and ends up killing anyone who wears them.
