Otogiriso (a.k.a. St. John's Wort) is a 2001 Japanese horror film directed by Ten Shimoyama, and starring Megumi Okina, Yoichiro Saito, Koji Ookura, Minoru, and Reiko Matsuo.
Nami, a game designer, has been creating artwork for a new video game based on weird and creepy images she has been recurrently seeing in her dreams. Together with one of the game producers, Nami goes to an old abandoned house that she inherited from her father and that seems to match what she has seen in her dreams. After they enter the house, Nami and her friend Kohei start exploring around, and she begins to experience more strange visions of her long forgotten childhood. As things get even more strange, Nami comes across an old picture of baby twins that is labeled Nami and Naomi. It becomes clear for Nami that she has a twin sister, that she had forgotten about. As she and her friend continue to explore, they go around all the rooms in the house where yet creepier things are about to happen and a secret is awating in a mysterious hidden room.
