LONG DREAM

Long Dream is a 2000 Japanese horror film broadcast in Japan television only. The film is directed by Higuchinsky, and starring Ken Arai, Kaei Asano, Shima Ashizawa, Eriko Hatsune, and Masami Horiuchi.

In a Tokyo hospital Dr. Kuroda and his assistant are tending Mukoda Tetsurou, a patiente whose strange dreams have become longer and longer in the last few days, to the point where they a single night of sleep can last nearly a decade from Tetsurou's perspective. Even though the time seems to be following his normal course, in Tetsurou's dream world he is living a whole new life. This is causing strange mental and physical mutations, reaching a point in which it becomes difficult to tell whether Tetsurou is still human or not. Dr. Kuroda on the other side, appears to have his own mysterious reasons to study this case closely.
